Chris Lucas is more than just an artist—he’s a testament to resilience, faith, and the transformative power of music. Born in Dayton, Ohio, and raised in Cincinnati, Chris has been immersed in music his entire life. His journey started at Cincinnati’s renowned performing arts high school, where he majored in percussion, playing in both the orchestra and jazz band. But beyond the music, his life has been shaped by trials, recovery, and a newfound mission: using his art to inspire those battling addiction and trauma.

Throughout his career, Chris has shared stages with some of the biggest names in hip-hop, including Larry June, $teven Cannon, Lil Xan, Trill Sammy, Maxo Kream, and even Post Malone. More than just a performer, he played a key role in Lil Xan’s rise—giving him his name and writing his first song. His journey took him across the U.S., living the fast-paced life that many artists chase. But beneath the surface, he was struggling with addiction, fighting battles that nearly cost him everything.

After hitting rock bottom, Chris found the strength to rebuild. With seven months clean, he proudly graduated from the Woodhaven Residential Treatment program in Dayton, Ohio, followed by a sober living program. Now, he plays drums for New Hope Church and is an active member of the Narcotics Anonymous community, dedicating himself to helping others find the light he once thought was out of reach. His story isn’t just about recovery—it’s about redemption.

His latest track, Miracles, is a raw and powerful reflection of his journey. In it, Chris opens up about his struggles with addiction, the generational curses he’s breaking, and the unwavering faith that has guided him through it all. More than just a song, Miracles is a message to those suffering in silence—a reminder that no matter how dark life gets, there is hope, and there is another side.

Chris’s mission is clear: to show the world that every day is a new opportunity to change. “We only have one life, but there are billions of possibilities,” he says. “If you’re struggling with addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety—anything at all—know that you’re not alone. Surrender, have faith, and you’ll be free.”

Through his music, his story, and his unwavering determination, Chris Lucas is proving that miracles do happen—and that the best chapters of life are written when we decide to turn the page.
