Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, NL Ant—short for “No Luv Ant”—carries the name of the music group he’s associated with, No Luv Gang (NLG). But beyond that, the name represents his journey—one filled with hardships, resilience, and a deep desire to inspire those who feel alone.

Originally, NL Ant’s path seemed destined for football. He discovered his talent in seventh grade, excelling on the field and unlocking opportunities he never imagined. However, life off the field was a different story. Moving from house to house, struggling with family conflicts, and losing his grandfather in high school led him down a dark road of depression. His love for football faded, and by his freshman year of college, he dropped out, feeling lost and uncertain about his future.

That’s when music found him. Inspired by Juice WRLD, whose music helped him through his lowest moments, NL Ant realized he wanted to be that same voice for others. After recording his first song with his friend NL Doja, he knew music was his true calling. His passion lies in creating music that speaks to those who feel unheard, reminding them that they are never truly alone.

NL Ant has already begun making waves, winning multiple rap contests and performing at the LA Convention Center in California. One of his proudest moments was having his music reviewed by Chris Long, Juice WRLD’s videographer, who gave him positive feedback. Several rappers have personally reached out to praise his work—small victories that fuel his drive, knowing his journey is just beginning.

Above all, NL Ant’s message is clear: Your happiness is shaped by your surroundings. Stay around positivity, keep strong faith, and never let anyone tell you what you can’t achieve. If you feel alone, just know that you’re not—you just have to open your eyes to the people who care. Time waits for no one, so chase your dreams unapologetically.

His music is more than just sound—it’s an outlet for those who need a voice. If you ever need someone to talk to, his DMs are always open.
