Song & Release Information

The exact name of your track as it should appear on all platforms.

The main performing artist’s name.

List any guest artists who appear on the track.

Provide the name(s) of the track’s producer(s).

Specify if this is a remix, radio edit, or another variation.

Contributors & Roles

The lead performer on the track.

Other artists who have contributed to the song.

Individuals responsible for the track’s production.

Those who composed the music and/or wrote the lyrics.

If separate from the composer, list the lyricist(s).

The person responsible for mixing the track.

The engineer who finalized the track’s audio for distribution.

The name of your record label or enter "Independent" if self-released.

Release & Publishing Details

The official release date for your track.

Date when fans can pre-save the track before release.

A unique identifier for your release (provided by distributor).

A unique tracking code for your track (needed for royalties).

The person or entity who holds the song’s copyright (artist, label, etc.).

If registered with ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or another PRO, list it here.

Audio File Requirements

File Format – WAV format required (16-bit / 24-bit, 44.1kHz recommended).
Bitrate – Must be a lossless format; MP3 files are typically not accepted.
File Size – Ensure the file meets distributor limits (usually under 100MB per track).

(Highly Recommended)

Image Size – Minimum resolution of 3000x3000 pixels, square format.
Format – Accepted formats: JPG or PNG.
Resolution – Must be at least 72 dpi in RGB color mode.
No Text or Logos? – Some platforms (e.g., Apple Music) prefer minimal or no text.

Genre & Sub-Genre

The main genre that best represents your track (e.g., Hip-Hop, Pop, EDM).

A supporting genre to help categorize your track further.

Lyrics & Language

Submit full lyrics in plain text format.

Specify the language your lyrics are in (e.g., English, Spanish, French).

Additional Info

Describe the overall feel of your track (e.g., Chill, Energetic, Dark).

List key instruments featured in the track (e.g., Guitar, Piano, Synth).

Provide the studio name, city, and country where the track was recorded.

If registered with a PRO, include your ISWC.

Include your artist website, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.

Copyright & Licensing

Ensure you have full rights or cleared all samples.

If yes, you need a mechanical license to release it.

Define how royalties are divided among contributors in a split sheet.
