Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using NoFortune's websites, marketplace, magazine, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service and our Marketplace Terms. Capitalized terms have the meanings given there.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this AUP. You are responsible for your own conduct and for anyone using your account or access. NoFortune may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these policies. Examples of permitted use include browsing the magazine, purchasing marketplace services for legitimate business or personal needs, listing and fulfilling services as a vendor or partner, and using our tools and portals as authorized.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party platform policy.
• Infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property, privacy, or other right of any person.
• Submit, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Services to deliver or solicit fraudulent, fake, or bot-driven engagement where prohibited by platform rules.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, another user's account, data, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including introducing malware, scraping at scale, overloading infrastructure, or circumventing rate limits or paywalls.
• Circumvent fees, payment, or identity processes, or facilitate off-platform payment evasion.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or proprietary models.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications, spam, or phishing.
• Impersonate NoFortune, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Services without authorization.
• Use the Services for any purpose that could damage, disparage, or harm NoFortune or its affiliates.

4. User-Submitted Content and Listings

If you submit content, articles, listings, intake responses, files, or communications, you represent that you have all rights to do so and that the content complies with this AUP. You retain ownership but grant NoFortune a license to host, display, edit, and promote it as needed to operate the Services. Infringing or unlawful content may be removed without notice under our DMCA / Copyright Policy, and repeat infringers may be terminated.

5. Security and Reporting

You must keep your credentials secure and promptly report any unauthorized use or security vulnerability to NoFortune. Do not attempt to test, scan, or probe the security of the Services without our written consent. NoFortune may investigate and report violations to authorities.

6. Enforcement

NoFortune may, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, forfeit balances or commissions, and pursue legal remedies for violations. Where a violation involves a marketplace order, vendor payout, or commission, NoFortune may adjust or reverse those amounts. NoFortune's enforcement decisions are final.

7. No Guarantee of Results

NoFortune does not guarantee any outcome from the Services, including growth, placement, verification, ranking, or revenue. Results often depend on third-party platforms and external factors outside our control.

8. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, contact legal@nofortune.com with details and supporting information. We may investigate and take action as appropriate.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
